HEADMASTERS – PRINCIPAL TRANSFORMATION CONFERENCE & EDUCATION EXPO

 

Introduced in 2016, the Headmasters – Principal Transformation Conference & Education Expo has become West Africa’s premier School leadership conference, bringing together Heads of Schools, Principals’, policymakers, and industry leaders from across West Africa to discuss educational reforms and innovations. With over 5,000 participants to date, the conference serves as a dynamic platform for strategic dialogue, high-impact networking, and actionable solutions to drive school growth, leadership transformation, innovations and sustainable solutions and was first introduced in Ghana.

HPTC empowers principals and headmasters with leadership insights and tools needed to create impact, and strengthen corporate leadership in schools. Key focus areas include leadership transformation, digital inclusion, AI adoption, school and learning reforms, community engagement, and financial innovation. Additionally, the conference hosts the prestigious EDUCATION FOOTPRINT AWARDS, recognizing outstanding school leadership and their contributions to Education advancement.
