The HPTC Nigeria requires attendees to be Heads of Schools, Principals, Heads of Departments, LGA Council Education Supervisors, State Education Commissioners, Thoughts Leaders, Education Consultants and Advisors, Schools Executive Board Members, Concern Parents etc.

Pre-registration is necessary, with thorough screening. Individual tickets cost One hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only (#150,000.00) and cover participation, lunch, breaks, and conference materials.
